Terms and Conditions — Benign Game Pakistan Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the benign game platform — whether through the website, the Android app or the mobile web interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process and create a benign game account.

These terms apply to all activities on the platform: sports betting, cricket and PSL markets, casino games, slots, live casino, bonus participation, deposits, withdrawals and any communications with our customer support team. If any part of these terms conflicts with supplementary rules published for a specific game or promotion, the supplementary rules take precedence for that specific activity.

Benign game reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the platform. Continued use of benign game after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register a benign game account and use the platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be registering for personal use only, not on behalf of another person or any organisation.
• You must not currently hold another active account on benign game — only one account per individual is permitted.

Registration is free. There is no charge for creating a benign game account. Deposits and the resulting account balance are subject to the payment terms set out below.

3. Account Management

Your benign game account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your account details with anyone else, and do not allow another person to use your account.

Benign game staff will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive such a request claiming to be from benign game, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately. Change your password promptly if you believe it may have been compromised.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account while logged in, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you notice any transactions or bets you did not make, contact support immediately — the sooner you report it, the more effectively we can investigate.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on benign game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your benign game balance within a few minutes for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Most mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast) are completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically take one to three working days. Benign game does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used for a deposit on your account — this is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• If your account balance includes active bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before the bonus-derived amount can be withdrawn.
• Benign game reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact support before depositing if you are unsure about anything.

We do not accept deposits from third parties. Your deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Any attempt to deposit funds on behalf of another person, or to receive deposits from others, is a breach of these terms.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the benign game platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event or game in question. For cricket betting — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — the rules governing market settlement are published in the betting section and are based on official match results.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Benign game reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned and no official result is declared.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system or pricing error.
• Evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns is identified.
• The bet was placed on a market that was inadvertently opened in error.

In-play betting markets close automatically when the relevant point in the match is reached (for example, at the end of an over or at the fall of a wicket for certain markets). Bets accepted before the market closes stand; bets placed after a market has closed will be voided. It is the player's responsibility to check that a bet has been successfully confirmed before leaving the bet slip.

Casino games, slots and live casino titles operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are governed by the rules published within each individual game. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available in the game information panel. Results are determined by the game engine and cannot be influenced by benign game or the player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Benign game runs a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, enhanced cricket odds and VIP-exclusive rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, validity periods and maximum withdrawal limits from bonus winnings. General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• A welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player, per household and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once is fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before any withdrawal can be requested from the bonus-derived balance.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all. Check the individual promotion terms.
• Benign game reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer at any time. Offers already accepted and in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under their original terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the benign game platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets, interact with games or access the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. If you identify such an issue, you are required to report it to support immediately rather than take advantage of it.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game or tournament.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financially fraudulent activity.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Accessing another player's account without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour toward benign game staff or other players in any communication channel.

Where benign game identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to void any bets placed during the period in question and to withhold or recover any winnings derived from that conduct, regardless of whether the underlying bets settled as wins under normal rules.

8. Privacy and Data

Benign game collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Benign game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, benign game's liability to any player for losses arising from use of the platform — whether from betting outcomes, technical failures, delays in payment processing or any other cause — is limited to the amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Benign game is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind.

We are not responsible for your internet connection, device performance or any charges applied by your mobile network or bank in connection with your use of the benign game platform.

11. Changes to These Terms
